Barter, is a finance and trade system in which the cost of goods and services purchased are paid by goods and services produced. WTC Barter is an intermediary establishment which provides support services, ensures the security of the system and its members, in short organizing the exchange of goods and services, in which goods and services can be bartered with other goods and services.
